What is "Aaron's 3599"? Is that the price of the tv? When did you buy it?
Have you pulled the lamp out and inspected it for cracks/bulges in the glass?
Do you own a DMM?
Do you have previous experience measuring live voltages?
There are some tests that need to be performed with a DMM while the tv is plugged in. If you have previous experience measuring live voltages, I can give you a copy of the service manual and point you in the right direction. What I can't do is teach you how to use a meter etc. The code 57 has three possible causes:
-Loss of 340V from POWER board to Ballast - Check PL & CJ1 circuitry.
-Loss of communications between MAIN and Ballast - Check FB & CJ3 circuitry.
I will give a link to the manual next.... if you desire. But if you do not have the needed skills and tools then having it repaired by a local shop is your best option. I can help you with that too, just provide your zip code.
