My remote will not turn the TV on, or let Netflix come up, or the different settings. I have unplugged everything and let it sit for 5 minutes, changed the batteries in the remote, etc. It has been a week now and I figure a setting somehow got changed. We do have Spectrum?Charter on our cable system and can turn the TV on with that, but the volume on the TV cannot be moved.
JA: What's the make and model of your television? And is the remote the same, universal, or for another device?
Customer: The remote came with the TV. The model number is ***** 320i-AD and the serial number is *****
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No, the TV menu will not come up. Same problem on all
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: About a week. Nothing happened, as far as I can remember. Just tried to turn the TV on one day with the remote and nothing happened. The remote from Spectrum/Charter will turn the TV on, but the volume control on that will not work. If we try the buttons on the side of the TV, none of them work either
