It has never worked properly; getting to streaming Netflix for example is often a matter of having to reboot everything to get it.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?

JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has been a problem since we bought it about 3 years ago (?) . We have had the Geek Squad here and that didi not help.
