it will not connect with my wify, I was watching the yule log on UTUBE and it just stopped and I cannot get it back
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: it is a 65' Vizio model #D650i-B2 It show my Belkin 5f0 full stregnth but will not unlock it
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: only on the wifi inputs the DVD playes good I had my stallite turned off 3 months ago wating on the telephone cable
