After about 15 minutes the sound does not go with the picture
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: 6months old serial
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes the menu works when I change channels it will happen again after 15 minutes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I think it was happening right after I bought but my husband was dieing and I wasn't using the tv
