I just received a smart tv
and I cannot get it to turn on. It says weak or no signal check antennae cable

Customer: It is SAMSUNG AND HAS A BLU RAY DISC PLAYER
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: i ONLY HAVE HAD IT FOR ONE DAY AND THE TV WENT ON AND IT WORKED. i THEN TRIED THE DISC AND i GOT THAT TO PLAY AND THAT IS ALL i HAVE DONE WHEN THAT MESSAGE CAME ON. nOTHING WORKS. iT IS ALL SNOWY AND SHOWS THAT MESSAGE. pLEASE NOTE i AM 86 YEARS OLD AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND ALL THE JARGON THAT YOU SMART PEOPLE DO

Customer: i GOT THE TV AS A GIFT YESTERDAY. i GOT THE TV ON AND i GOT THE DISC PLAYER TO WORK AND THEN THE MESSAGE CAME UP TO CHECK THE ANTENNAE CABLE CONNECTION OR TO RUN AUTO PROGRAM

Customer: i HATE ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND i DO NOT KNOW WHY MY GRANDCHILCREN GOT ME THIS THING.
