We are trying to hook up my new Samsung tv to netflix
JA: How old is your Samsung, and have you tried unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: It's brand new two weeks ago
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: We have tried connecting by using password ***** wifi....but we need to know the gateway number

You should not need to enter a gateway number, the Automatic setup for the wifi should suffice and fill in those fields automatically.
When it came to the wifi setup, did it show your home network name that you then picked from a list, and entered your password?
