Customer Question

The sound on my Vizio e470vle wonders from very low to very high...on its own. Suspect srsTru-sound, sound leveler. This has been an annoying problem since purchased. What,if anything, can be done about disturbing problem?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Vizio is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Have had for about 3years. SN:laukkjam4500500
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: menu works. don't use other sources/inputs very much, so can't comment.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: since the beginning. nothing notable happened just prior.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No issues I can think of.

Hi, I'm Nathan.

Have you tried disabling the trusound function yet?
Go into the menu under Audio then Advanced and you can disable it from there.

The surround part is probably fine, but set the leveler function to OFF and let me knwo if that helps.

Thanks,

Nathan
