Second opinion] Hi, I have a Sceptre 32" television with a vertical line going down the middle of the screen.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: let me check
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: It's three years old, I don't know where to find the model number, and yes the same problem on all inputs. The TV menu works.
