I have a vizio tv and I am getting no signal its on hdm1 I cant figure it out
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Vizio is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: its about six or seven years old and I don't know the exact model
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes this has never happened before its been an excellent tv
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Today I shut the tv with my vizio remote I got 15 minutes till the game comes on can you help me
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes the tv is not on the right coponet its on HDMI1 and its saying no signal I hit the input button on the back of my tv and it wont do nothing

1- Could you please get me the model number written on back cover of TV?
2- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?

Sir its an old plain vizio tv its about seven or eight years old its a 32 inch model I am sorry I cant read the writing on the back of my tv and I have a csico cable box from time warner that's the only device that is connected too

OK - Have you tried to unplug TV and cable box power cords from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in, let cable box reboot that may take several minutes and check?
