I am getting snow instead of a picture. I have called the cable company we have switched cables tried all sorts nothing changed so...we have assume that it is the tv

Customer: Its a TV not computer.. sorry do I have the wrong techician

1- Could you please get me the model number written on back cover of TV?
2- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?

3- Do you use cable remote to change the channels?
These info will help to troubleshoot the problem.
