I have a flat screen (new HD tv) and dropped my cable

Customer Question

I have a flat screen (new HD tv) and dropped my cable service and got an HD antenna with co ax to tv. What TV source or input will recognize the antenna?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is less that a year old would have to look up type and model and get back to you.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: No and yes menu works
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing pops up. It has been an issue since the first day I used the antenna and can't find the proper input source to get anything.
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: NO

Ok. can you at least tell me the brand? Samsung? Vizio?

Steve, the 32" Flat screen HD TV is an Element. Not sure of model # but it did have WV308 on the back.

Ok, good morning to you. The input source labelled "TV" will use the coax connection from your antenna.

You will then need to do a channel search as you would on any other TV. This is in the SETUP menu.

Please let me know if you need further help.
