No sound on channel 7 (Comcast)
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Samsung with a Bose soundbar. Only 2 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: There's sound on all other channels
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing. Just all of a sudden stopped getting sound on that channel. I thought my husband messed up the remote but it works fine on all other channels and the tv source us set up correctly
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

Is this tv connected to a cable box/converter,satellite receiver,digital converter etc ?
Or directly to antenna/cable from the wall outlet ,no box with its own remote ?

Ok. I had problems with my payment. My tv is connected to a Comcast cable box. It is a Samsung tv 3 years old and sound comes thru a Bose soundbar. The only channel we have no sound on is ABC channel 7.
