not able to connect to netflix says not connected to net
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: not sure of model but it is an LG
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes the menu works but cant get to any other input. also tv upstairs works fine
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: was operational up to about 2 weeks ago. this unit is downstairs and not used very much
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: nothng that I can think of , the netflix folks said I needed to do an update

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
