JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: its new its the 40 " led smart
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: no seems to be just Netflix is all not sure if other internet options are the same but it seems to be fine on cable
