JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Philips 39PFL2608/F7 1-2 yrs old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: worked fine until Verizon installed tv service on 23rd. message that pops up says lan feature invalid
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

Please try the following:

Unplug the power from your internet router, then while the router power is unplugged, unplug the LAN cable from the TV, then power off the TV.

Reconnect the power to the router then turn on the TV and reconnect the LAN cable.

Then on the TV remote Select Network Settings Assistant, and Start now. Select Wireless. Select the desired network.
