Getting "Error Encountered...." message from Pandora on my Samsung smart tv. Able log-in to Netflix, Apple Tv.... Suggestions?
JA: How old is your Samsung, and have you tried unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: New: 2016(?) SUHD
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: TV menu good. Able to access and use all other features.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Last two or three days. Not sure if anything significant has happened. Brief power outage/surge (apxx 2 seconds)
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
