change my wireless router and lost connection wit Netflix, how can I restored?
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: mode: lP502ui-BIE 2 YEARS OLD
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: NO NETFLIX IS TELL ME THAT IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I did have a problem with the router and was exchange with a new one by my provider and is when the problem start

You must link the tv to the new router. To do that, you go into the tv settings menu, under network (wireless/wifi) and it will have an option to SCAN for wifi networks, it should find your NEW network which you'll select on the screen, then you need to put in the new wifi password ***** to the new router.

Once that connection is established, the netflix connection should work again.
