JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: I have a sharp aquos C7450
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: just usb
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just didn't play and worked before
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I recorded of my drone onto the microcard and won't play through usb on side of the tv.

Are you using an actual usb memory stick? Or is this a usb cable to the drone, or to a SD card reader/adapter?

Okay thank you for confirming, that adapter is the source of the issue.

These adapters are meant for computers, they require drivers that the tv does not possess and is not capable of using.

To play the content back, you'll have to connect that sd card reader to your computer, copy the files off the card and onto a usb memory stick. That stick can then be used on the tv directly.
