Hi Pearl, We have a Samsung, model UN50F6350AFXZA. We have sound, but no picture. The screen flashes different colors with the sound. It worked yesterday. Thanks

Please, cold reset the TV by unplugging the power to it, waiting 5 minutes, and plugging it back in. Did that make any difference with the problem?
