Can you see the tv`s own menu or OSD (on screen display) like the volume level or it is straight white no matter what ?
Sorry but there was a payment failure on that phone request and although I`m not privy to billing here this usually means your CC company did not recognize the charges and declined them , you would have to contact them to OK the transaction .But we can continue in this chat mode as well
This is what i get ,quote " Payment for this premium service has failed, please don't proceed with the service. We will attempt to contact the customer to remedy the situation."

It doesn`t work , your CC company is blocking the transactions to protect you as it thinks it is fraudulent , you would have to contact them or try with the offer i`m sending you now
