JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: just today
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I talked witha tech and she said get a thumb drive and down load from Document , but I can't find that download info
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: TV has a bluse screen and blinking green power light and doesn't respond to the remote. Ihave doe the unplug and 10 sec hold on the power button and the TV still doesn't work, thus trying to do up grades as suggested by tech
