Hello, Sorry you're having problems. Can you please tell me how far from the TV the Wi Fi router is and also how many other devices are connected (for example: Laptop, PC, Smartphone, etc.)?
I'm unsure why you're not able to reply. Given what I have so far, I don't know anything about your router or connections.
Using the LG remote, press: Smart (house icon)--->Setting---->Network---->Network Connection. Select "Wireless" then select "AP List" and let me know what comes up.
