I have to use my Vizio remote and my Time Warner remote to operate my tv. Help.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Vizio is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Less than a year old. I have to look up the model. Where would I find that info?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: since I had the tv

Customer: no. I just want to be able to use just one remote. One more thing, I can't punch in the channel number and get my channel. I have to scroll through all the channels. This is only on my Vizio tv, I don't have this problem on my other tv.
