We have a Samsung TV which we bought approx. 5 yrs ago.

We have a Samsung TV which we bought approx. 5 yrs ago. Suddenly we do not get a picture. Can you pls. help. This happened approx. 2 days ago. Sometimes we get a picture, but most of the times we do not. Pls. help.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: BN68-03392A-02
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: it works sometimes and suddenly stops. We don't have the same problem on all channels. Simply said: it works like a radio that is with sound and no picture or a picture looking like a photograph and not moving.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it started yesterday all of a sudden. The access to the channels is not the same as before. It was working normaly before
JA: Anything else you want the TV expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: it is a total mess which we can't solve!
