Its starting to have black out screens, just every couple of minutes or so. it goes out for a second, Black screen, and comes back.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: im not sure of the model, its a 60" diagonal , probly 4 or 5 years old.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: The menu works, I switched to cable box to see if it effected recorded shows, and it does.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It was fine today when O left home. I came home around 3pm, and it was doing it. It wasn't doing it this morning.
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no. Im watching the TV, its just these little black outs, that's annoying. Thanks

What is connected to the set (Cable/SAT box, DVD, etc.) and does the screen go black regardless of what source you select?
