I tried to get on netflix last night. I got a message to visit netflix.com/activate and enter a code (letters) The code kept changing. Trying it now with no better luck.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Sansung (model 2100x lot: #5600008000.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menu is working. Not aware of much of the sources or inputs.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I turned on roku last night to watch a movie and I could not get past the message (entering code) to access Netflix.
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Iwas checking out netflix acct. within the last hour and things there seem alright but showings are not coming through on the tv.

- Have you tried to unplug Roku power cord from wall outlet/ or from Roku box for 5 minutes to reset, replug back in and run Netflix app. Please reply back with the result.
