I turned my TV on n went up on the channel guide and it said

I turned my TV on n went up on the channel guide and it said no master channel guide
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Vizio approximately 1 yr old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: on the living room TV it's says no channels in Master list
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had just turned on the TV n pushed up on the channel button n this popped up
