This code comes from your cable company/ digital cable box not from your tv , you must be with Shaw .
Reboot your cable box by pulling out its power cord 30 secs or so and that should do it
If not then try it again but this time also check your incoming cable connection at the back of the box .
If everything fails then you will have to contact your cable company
