JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?

JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: all the tv's are working fine - except this one - this states it is connecting to the entertain experience and then it states some thing is wrong - disconnect and start over - I did five times
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was disconnected for the summer and worked fine

Hello, Sorry you're having problems. Can you please double check the model number off of the back of the TV and postback? The one you posted is not valid.

Additionally, what is connected to the TV for broadcasts and whom is your cable provider?
