JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?

JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Hello, There should be no inherent problem with the color on a brand new TV unless something is connected wrong or the TV itself is faulty. Please tell me what source(s) you have connected to the TV and using one type of cabling.

Additionally, if you watch one of the TV's built in Apps, is the color still messed up?
