JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: WESTINGHOUSE PROB 6 YRS OLD WHERE WOULD I FIND MODEL NUMBER?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

Customer: SEEMS THAT WAY…….SINCE LAST NIGHT. I HAD WATCHED A MOVIE THEN ATTEMPTED TO LISTEN TO MY LOCAL NEWS STATION & GOT THE SCRAMBLED VIDEO MSG HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO WATCH TV SINCE THEN
