I have an Insignia-Roku TV. I just bought wireless

Customer Question

I have an Insignia-Roku TV. I just bought wireless headphones (also Insignia). I cannot find where to plug the base unit (headphones) into the TV. Can you steer me in the right direction?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Insignia is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: TV is less than a year old. It's a 40 or 42 inch flat screen TV. Does that help?
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: TV menu works
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nOTHING HAPPENED. i JUST BOUGHT THE HEADPHONES A WEEK AGO.
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nothing. I'm happy with the TV.

Hi there and welcome

The headphone port is on the top left of the TV

You can see this on page 11 of the manual here

If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Else if you can take a second to rate my service by clicking one of the stars at the top of the screen then submit, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

The headphones came with two different jacks. One has a single plug while the other has double plug. It looks like the single is the one to use but it is only about 14 inches long and is not long enough to go from the TV to a shelf along side on which I plan to put the headphone base (and headphones). What should I do??

I'd rather just continue in this mode. The additional fee is rather steep

Are you still there?

I will again repeat Mike
