this weeks ago but got no response or answers. The DVD is still in it and is a rental but now not anymore. I still need to remove it or have an answer to just leave and close it off. Please let me know, Richard
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Age a few years Model ATV 32 HDCIN Product 39671 EAN N 13275
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: NO. I only watch Live channels and or Foxtel and of course would like to get back and remove DVD and or still use it or stopo Foxtell alltogether.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: No troubles before. It is a once off!
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes some instruction manual would help Bauhn which is tempoaustralia.com.au promisied to send some but never did.
