I was pushing buttons on my remote because the TV was saying no signal. I got the picture back but now I have this on the screen that wont go away--it says "your vizio smartcast display is not set up for casting. how do I get it to go away

Customer: It about 3 months old --on the installation guide it has E60u i
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I don't see a menu button on the basic remote
