Ive moved it to another room - both connected to FIOS- but

Ive moved it to another room - both connected to FIOS- but now it says run audio channel... nothing on your remote has anything for that.thanks for help
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: hold on its in another room
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: itsmodel NS-24L120A13 all i can get isfeature on brilliance, volume etc
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it worked fine downstAIRS SO I MOVED IT TO BEDROOM AND the fios in that room is only connected by cable and has no cable box
