55 inch LED - LG Sometimes when I turn it on, half of the screen doesn't color right Takes about 3-4 minutes and it pops in
JA: Has this happened before? And have you tried unplugging your LG and leaving it off for a few hours?
Customer: Not unplugging - but it is off all day until I get home in the evenings
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Yes - everything lese works
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Nothing happened to my knowledge - started about 2 weeks ago
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?

Is it split side to side or top/bottom?

That looks like the entire screen to me, and I see more blurring than discoloration. Was the camera perhaps just a bit shaky and I'm seeing the wrong thing?

I cannot get to the back as it is hung above the fireplace on the wall. There is a number on the front of the remote that starts with AKB could that be it?
