when I watch TV the words do not match up with the mouths. The cable guy said it must be something wrong with the TV
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: it is a new Vizo 43Inch 1080 p
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menu does work and I have nothing else imputed into it
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: since it was first installed. thought it was a cable problem had to wait for the tecnition to come and he said it must be the TV
