I have a 32 inch that went to a half picture. AFTER A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME THE PICTURE WILL DISAPEAR,The sound is still there and I checked the cords going into the set and all are tight. The model # UN32EH5000FZA.

Customer: I think it was given to me two years ago this Christmas.
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: When I had at least one half of a picture I got the menue to work until it went black
