I accidentally turned on captions while watching a movie. How to turn off?
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?
Customer: Series 3 310samsung
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: HM57 Everything works I just pushed some button by mistake
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It happened yesterday. I was watching a movie and by mistake pushed some button on the remote

When the film is playing, press the Tools button and go to subtitles and turn it off there
