getting a no media device message on tv screen sharp aquas 60 " not getting my direct tv signal
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Sharp is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 3 years old Auqus
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes yes
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I turned theTv off last night using the power button on the tv. Later the problem started when I tried to turn it back on the no media device message appeared

Hello, I need to ask for some more info to help with this:

1) Was DirecTv working PREVIOUSLY on the set, or is this the first time setting it up?

2) Are you able to get the full model number off of the back of the Sharp please?
