JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: models D32-D1 D32h-D1 & D32x-D1. less than a year old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: YES, THE MENU WORKS, I ONLY USE NETFLIX
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: ABOUT 3 DAYS. THE SCREEN SAYS NETWORK IS DISCONNECTED. I DID NOT DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT, IT JUST WILL NOT GO TO NETFLIX

Okay can you go into the tv setup menu, under the network settings, and manually edit the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and let me know if that works?
