Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble, but I'll do my best to help you. Please give me a few moments to review your details here.

What you are seeing is actually a result of a demo or store mode being turned on. Go into the sony settings menu, and look for the Initial Setup settings, then from there change the Use Mode function to HOME.

Let me know if that helps. If you aren't able to access it, we'll go about this a different way.

Thanks,

Nathan
