Hello, Sorry you're having problems. Are you able to get the model number off of the back of the TV please?
Also, are you saying the sound is still working, but it's simply a black screen?

I can only offer so much in the way of help if we don't communicate back and forth, but I will try to do my best here.
If you're saying you have sound but a black screen and let's assume you're using a cable box then I would suggest a full reboot of everything.
To do this please unplug the TV and the cable box from wall power (unplug their power cords) then wait 2 minutes and plug everything back in.
Give the cable box a minute to reboot and then turn the TV on and let me know what happens.
