If the video source/ cable box is hooked to TV through five color coded wires (red-green-blue for video, red-white for audio) then you would need to recheck the connections and make sure video wires from cable box to TV are in correct/ correspondence color jacks, I mean red to red, green to green and blue to blue both in cable box and TV for correct signals.
If it is HDMI cable runs between cable box/ video source to TV then reboot the cable box and reconnect HDMI cable in TV and cable box that will help to resolve the problem. If problem persist then reply back with TV model number please.
