JA: I'm an assistant to the tv technician. I work with them to help customers like you.
Customer: i get this message of unable to connect to netflix I was watching the program
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: I have a Sanung. i disconnecte the cord to the modem and replaced and then it worked for a little while then this message
