No Signal appears, replaced cable box today, that did not solve problem
JA: What is the exact make and model of your tv? And how long has this been an issue?
Customer: Started Saturday as I was watching a program, I called the cable company, they sent a new, refresh signal, tv worked for a while, now I continue to see "NO Signal"
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: I can use Comp. only
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Was watching a program and screen went dark, No Signal continues to appear even after I replaced cable box with a new one today
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you?

Can you tell me the brand and model of the tv?
Are any other inputs working (dvd, games, apps, etc)?

Are you saying the composite/component input is working, but others (hdmi) are not?
