- Have you tried to update TV firmware/ internal software?
OK, how did you try it, through TV menu?
OK, can you check the firmware version installed in TV on same menu option?
Go to Menu > Information > Software update > Manual Update and TV will show you current version info.
Please select Network to update and check firmware version appears on window.
Also, do you see info says latest version of firmware has been found etc on same window?
OK, lets try manual firmware update through USB, please go to following Sharp link, download the firmware file along with instructions, copy it on USB as per Sharp instructions and plug the USB in TV (USB 1 or 2) and select manual update then select USB option instead of firmware to see if TV accept the firmware version copied on USB.
If this doesn't work then I'm afraid the Netflix app in TV isn't compatible for current version of Netflix video streaming and alternate option is to connect external video streaming player such as Roku player or Chromestick etc in TV to get Netflix movies through that player.
