Set up my new TV, but do not get a picture.
JA: What's the make and model of your tv? Have you had any issues with the picture before?
Customer: Itš a brand new TV that we set up yesterday. Vizio D-series D32-D1, I think
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: Menue works. I have no problems with anything else
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: When I turn the tv on I get a box showing Cabel, internet stripes and nex normal. I think on problem could be that i do not have Cable. I have Broadband . my modem indicates that it is Netgear.?
JA: Anything else you want the tv expert to know before I connect you? What confuses you?
Customer: Using the TV I can operate the programms included in the TV such ad Netfliz , Hulu,Pandora , etc, but have no picture for my regular TV

Is this tv connected to a cable box/converter,satellite receiver,digital converter etc ?
Or directly to antenna/cable from the wall outlet ,no box with its own remote ?

You mean I have to sit hear for au to 24hrs and wait. I thought this was supposed to be a help line to get my brand new TV to function, instead Im asked to pay for a device and also pay more if I wanat to talk to a technician by phone. Why!!!
Used to just plug in a TV and got a picture, wha is going on?
