Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this but I'll do my best to help you.

Expert:  Nathan replied 4 months ago.

The model should be printed on the back of the tv, usually on a sticker near the power cord.

What inputs are you using with this tv (cable/satellite box, dvd, etc)? Does it happen with all of them equally?
Are you using only the tvs built in speakers, or any type of external stereo/sound system?
